The person preparing my taxes was really nice, so that's not the issue. My problem is the price. I only had one W-2 to file and nothing complicated, yet they wanted $636. That's crazy. They don't give you any pricing info beforehand or tell you what to bring. You just show up and they hit you with this massive bill. Not happening.

I went to my local location and they filled out my taxes incorrectly. When I asked them to fix it, they insisted everything was right. I went to another tax service and had them redo it. Then the IRS sent me a letter saying they missed part of my claim. They won't give me back my money and the staff is incredibly rude. I'll never go there again.

Be careful with this place. I've always done my own taxes but decided to try them out. When entering banking info, you have to type it in twice and you want to make sure everything is correct. I noticed the routing numbers didn't match and my account number had numbers that weren't mine mixed in. This is going to cause delays on my refund. Won't be using them again.

The tax professional I see is fantastic and I've been going to her for the past three years. She's friendly, stays in touch, and really knows her stuff. I can't imagine using anyone else. Definitely check her out.
