Placed an order late at night and realized right away that I'd made a mistake. When I tried to modify or cancel, the system wouldn't let me. I phoned them the next morning and was told there's only a half hour window to cancel after ordering. I mentioned that I had actually tried to cancel but wasn't permitted. The response was that orders should only go through during business hours. This supposed supervisor was incredibly dismissive and rude, honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company.

Put items in my cart and tried to buy them just to get an immediate message saying everything's sold out. If they're not in stock, why are they shown as available? Incredibly frustrating and letdown.

Grabbed 3 or 4 pairs of boy short underwear and within a couple months every single pair started falling apart at the seams. I shop at Kohl's all the time and like them, but I'm done buying Maidenform underwear from there or anywhere else.

I grabbed three bras during a Maidenform promotion at JCPenney and was thrilled to finally locate the exact style I'd been searching for. After confirming my purchase, I was pumped and told my husband they were on their way. Then came a shock: an email cancellation notice claiming items were out of stock. Let down, I decided to look elsewhere. Days later, another message popped up saying my order had shipped, which made no sense given the cancellation. When I dug deeper, I discovered I had two completely different order numbers tied to what should have been one purchase. Without setting up an account, I couldn't access my information or figure out the situation. Honestly, I like to avoid creating multiple accounts online if possible. The problem is made worse because customer support is basically only available by phone. I would've preferred email or live chat, but those channels don't seem available. The links for tracking and canceling just give error messages. Extremely aggravating. At this point, I'm just planning to send the items back once they arrive and deal with the return process.

I probably shouldn't complain since I ended up getting a surprise duplicate shipment over a year down the line (and didn't pay for it). My original purchase was for 3 bras but they only shipped 2. They notified me by email that the missing item was discontinued and there would be no additional charge. How does a company lose track of an order like that? And why are they hanging onto my personal details more than 12 months after I bought something?

I've been purchasing Maidenform for three decades. I can no longer support this company due to their positions on certain political matters that negatively impact women's rights. I'm done shopping with them.

Bought 5 Maidenform bras on black friday and was shocked at how poor the quality is now. I put one on for barely an hour and got a cut under my chest that started bleeding. What happened to this company? They've completely lost me as a customer. I'm finished with them and moving on.

Red marks and damage all over my back

Been a loyal customer for years with tons of Maidenform bras in my collection. Unfortunately, the quality has really gone downhill. I've had to toss at least 6 bras recently because the underwire snaps in half and becomes impossible to remove or repair. On top of that, the underwire shifts around and pokes through on the sides. I genuinely loved this brand, so it's disappointing. I'm concerned there might be a new manufacturer involved, but my wallet can't take much more of this. I usually grab them from Kohls or straight from the website, and I take good care of them by washing delicate, separate from other clothes, and air drying. Would appreciate any guidance. The specific style is the Maidenform Everyday Modern Demi.

Absolutely not. This is the most uncomfortable bra I've ever purchased. Leaning over for anything causes everything to spill right out of the cups. The band also curls up, making the whole situation even worse. I can't wait to take it off at home and throw it in the trash. Really disappointed with this choice.

These bras have been great over the years and stay comfortable even with my sensitive skin, no itching at all. The sizing feels right, but there's a serious problem with the underwires popping out. Brand new bras that I barely wear are already having this issue, with wires coming loose from both the front and the armpit area. Before my next purchase, I'm going to reconsider. They really need to strengthen the stitching in those spots or they'll see customers like me going elsewhere. Maidenform should get on this or watch their customer base shrink.

The deals are fantastic and the quality is solid, but getting your money back is a nightmare. I shipped back an item in early April and as of June I'm still no refund. Calling them today, they put me on hold, then said they'd process it with the promise I'd see funds in 3 to 5 days. Last month they told me to expect it by late May. This back and forth is eating up my time and my patience. I'm not ordering from them again.
