Wish I'd read reviews first before jumping into a subscription with these fraudsters! The package showed up with three items, every single one clearly opened and messed with. On top of that, they secretly enrolled me in recurring charges I never signed up for. I called them out right away, wanted my money back, and told them to forget about sending replacements since their quality control is basically nonexistent. After 10 separate messages back and forth, I've got zero resolution. I filed a chargeback and let my credit card company sort it out. Do yourself a favor and don't give these people your money.

They advertise a returns email too but it doesn't work. I submitted the questionnaire and got told no refunds are happening, but to watch for a cancellation email that never showed up. So I disputed the charge with my bank and I'm done with them. What's really sad is years back when they were called something else, the stuff actually did the job and their service didn't suck. Total letdown, I hope they go under soon.
