Really bad experience with customer service and the site itself. I bought a picture on August 18th and paid extra for shipping overseas. Then today I get emails saying I owe another 90 bucks because the website prices aren't accurate. If you're ordering from the UK, skip this. They won't stand behind their listed prices, and customer service just wants to cancel everything when you call to complain. Very frustrating.
Took forever to get my order, like six weeks. On the bright side, the customer service people were actually helpful when I contacted them.

Living in Australia, I ordered a framed canvas that showed up with damage to both the box and the wooden frame like it had been dropped hard. I tried reaching out to support three different times about returning it and getting a replacement, but they never got back to me. US customers probably get better service when they can call, but international customers get ignored. Eventually they did send a replacement, except they shipped it to the wrong address completely. Since the package went to a local distribution center, the carrier refused to give me a refund.
