Then FedEx took forever and it didn't arrive until February 3rd. That was FedEx's fault not Current's. I couldn't figure out how to switch carriers on their website anyway.
Ordered items from Current last December before Christmas for $27. They were supposed to arrive January 9th. They have my money but I never got anything. Tried reaching out multiple times but can't get through to find out what happened.
Got Santa letters for three of my grandchildren. Filled in all their information including addresses. At the end they asked for my name and shipping address and I couldn't find any explanation for why they needed it. I'd ordered Santa letters elsewhere before and they sent them straight to the kids. When I got the shipping confirmation I contacted customer service to ask what was going on. They said yes they had the children's addresses but would send everything to me instead since I entered my shipping address. I said the form asked for my shipping address. They said I should have ordered each letter separately and put each child's address as the shipping address. It didn't say that anywhere. The other company let you order them together and sent them directly to the kids. I think they're trying to get extra shipping charges out of you. They told me I should have read the instructions better but there was nothing about this in the instructions. Now the kids will know I sent them because of the postmark.
Waited a month and never got my order. After sending multiple emails and making several calls asking about the status with no tracking information provided I requested a refund. They kept telling me to wait 48 to 72 hours for someone to call me back and just kept delaying. I will never order from them again. Even when I asked to speak to someone about my refund they said to wait 48 to 72 hours for a callback. What a joke. They basically stole my money. UPDATE: Called again on August 19th after about a month of this and finally got transferred to billing who started processing my PayPal refund.
Had trouble getting into my account. The system kept saying it didn't know my email or password and told me to check back later. Tried resetting my password but never got the email from the company to do it. Finally went ahead and ordered as a guest, and suddenly the site recognized me and sent my order confirmation. Their automated system just doesn't work right. Really frustrating.
Ordered Christmas wrapping paper on December 8th. Tracking shows it won't get here before Christmas. They didn't ship it until December 13th from Colorado and it's being sent to Florida through FedEx. It should have made it in time but it's looking like it won't.

Current Catalog is pretty bad when it comes to shipping. I paid for expedited shipping but my package was still going to be late. The manager said it was holiday delays. If that's true they should tell customers upfront instead of hiding it in fine print. The manager promised December 4th delivery and I got a notice it won't come until December 6th.
