Sorted by: Most recentBought a wine bottle thermometer that turned out to be broken right out of the box. The display wouldn't work at all. I reached out multiple times with photos and even called, but couldn't get any real support. When I asked about returning it, they told me to just throw it in an envelope, slap a stamp on it, and mail it myself. I still have that email. My mail carrier actually warned me that doing it that way would mean I'd have zero documentation proving I sent anything back. I asked for a prepaid shipping label and they flat out said no. Getting stuck with a defective product combined with absolutely terrible support is not something I'd wish on anyone. Definitely shop somewhere else!
