It's frustrating that they can send promotions constantly but can't answer one customer question. Plus, I noticed their Google reviews seem locked down so people with complaints can't leave feedback and tank their rating. No way they actually deserve that 4.5 star score they're showing. I'm done spending my money here. This used to be my go-to brand, but I'm taking my business elsewhere. That's roughly $100 every month they're losing from me alone.
