The coffee itself is fantastic and doesn't bother my stomach at all. However, my experience with customer support was pretty disappointing. When my orders started showing up late, the reps weren't very responsive or friendly about fixing the issue. That's ultimately why I canceled my ongoing orders. Honestly, if they can't get shipments on time and their customer service team isn't going to help, there are plenty of other coffee companies out there. One more thing that bugs me: the packaging is supposed to be reusable, but those labels are nearly impossible to peel off without leaving residue everywhere.

The flavor is honestly just incredible. I've sampled both the Ease and Protect varieties and they're both winners.
