Those giving five-star ratings consistently praise the food quality, generous portions, and exceptional service from both waitstaff and kitchen staff. One-star reviewers raise significant concerns that go beyond typical dining complaints. These serious concerns appear to be location-specific rather than chain-wide problems.

Sorted by: Most recentThe food here is fantastic and the service was top notch. All the servers were really warm and welcoming. Everything tasted great and we're totally coming back again soon.
What really stands out is how the waitstaff treats us every single visit. They're always courteous and make sure everything is prepared correctly. Plus the kitchen crew does an exceptional job.
The quality of service and food might be fine, but there are serious privacy issues at the location we visited. My family and I discovered we were being monitored without our knowledge.
My friend and I stopped by on Thanksgiving when everything else in the area had closed. We'd been there previously and figured it would be okay. We ordered the chicken fried meat with sides along with a steak option. The meat itself was acceptable but the sides were problematic. The green beans had a weird flavor and the mac and cheese tasted off, almost like it had nacho cheese mixed in. My friend's steak came with the same questionable mac and cheese, and his mashed potatoes were ice cold. We got through dinner but it wasn't enjoyable. After finishing, we waited a long time for a drink refill and our check. Eventually we caught the server's attention and got what we needed. I was shocked to see the bill come to nearly fifty dollars for what felt like two frozen dinners. I still tipped since that wasn't the server's fault, but the kitchen needs serious improvements. It'll be quite some time before we return. After getting home, I started having digestive problems that required medication, and things got worse the next morning around 3 am.
There are serious problems that need addressing at the location in Brewton. The management structure appears broken from top to bottom. There are also reports of unauthorized people using facilities they shouldn't be in. The manager seems to get excessive time off while hiring practices are questionable. Several employees appear to be connected to management, which raises fairness concerns. The hiring approach seems to favor certain groups over others. Management appears to be pushing out workers based on social fit rather than performance. This location needs a complete overhaul to make customers actually want to return. Staff quality and workplace culture matter, and right now both are lacking here. Better-run establishments with more professional employees will pull customers away.
This is a solid spot to grab a meal. The portions are generous, so you definitely won't leave hungry. The quality is really good too.
The tea here costs about 4 bucks after tax, and honestly it wasn't worth the price. When you multiply that by four people, you're looking at an extra 16 dollars added to your bill. I also tried their coffee and was let down by that too.
The food is really delicious, the staff is friendly, and the place is super clean. Everything here is wonderful and that 2 for 20 deal is an absolute game changer!
