Been trying to reach someone since 8 in the morning PST, right when they're supposedly available. Called their sales line, tried customer service, even contacted marketing and not a single person picked up. It's not even a holiday. Attempted messaging them on Facebook but got nowhere. I ordered something on October 20th and I still haven't received any tracking info, even though they guarantee everything gets handled within 48 hours. Really considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for potential fraud.

Skip the other brands out there because this company is seriously amazing. Their support team is fantastic, really responsive and knows what they're talking about.
