What Shoppers Say About QC Supply
QC Supply has a heavily polarized rating distribution, with two-thirds of reviews giving one star. The most common complaints involve billing issues (unauthorized charges), non-delivery of ordered items, unresponsive customer service regarding backordered products, and refusal to process refunds. Shoppers report that items either never arrive or the company claims no responsibility after items leave their warehouse under a dropship model. A small minority of reviewers had positive experiences with customer support, reporting that the team processed returns and replacements quickly when contacted directly.
The stark contrast between one-star and five-star reviews suggests that QC Supply's performance is inconsistent. While one satisfied customer praised their responsiveness to a product exchange request, the volume and severity of complaints about non-delivery, billing errors, and poor communication significantly outweigh positive feedback. Most concerning are reports of charged transactions with no order history and packages that never arrive, leaving shoppers with little recourse.

Sorted by: Most recentGot charged $150 for a pesticide I never actually ordered. My card was hit, but there's zero trace of this transaction anywhere. No order history, no receipt, no confirmation email, and when I contacted them they claim they have no record of it either. Completely ripped off.
This is a total scam. Ordered shoes and they just keep saying the package is on the way but I never get them. Still waiting for those tennis shoes to show up.
Refused to give me a refund for a product that didn't work properly. Steer clear of this company.
QC Supply represents everything that's broken about retail in America. I ordered a part, they charged my account and sent a receipt. Ten days with no update, so I emailed asking when it would ship. Got told it was backordered, should arrive in 12 days. After 17 days of nothing, I called them. They look it up and say it's STILL on backorder but now they expect it by the 17th. I ask if they'll contact me when it actually arrives or if I have to hunt them down again. She puts me on hold to check, comes back and says nope, it's not coming until the end of December. Absolutely shameful.
Never got my item. They use a dropship model and claim they're not responsible for anything after it leaves their warehouse.
Got a Wand Wizard but realized my wand wasn't threaded and I needed one with quick-connects instead. Their customer support jumped on it right away, processed an RMA through email without any hassle, and shipped out the right model immediately. Couldn't be happier with how they handled it.
Ordered fly bait in July and it didn't ship until mid-September, way after the season ended. I called their support line and they told me to refuse the delivery. Now they're demanding I pay nearly $125 in return shipping costs. Customer service gave me zero support and wouldn't help work this out. Really upset with how long this took and how they handled it.
Purchased a bath fixture from them and never got a confirmation email or any heads up about when it would show up. Good thing I happened to be home the day it arrived. Called to ask a question and got stuck on hold over 10 minutes, then got disconnected. This happened twice more. Only on my fourth try did I refuse to wait on hold again and finally get answers. Once they have your money, you're on your own. Really disappointing service and they didn't seem bothered at all when I mentioned the problems.
