Skip this company if you need passport photos. Their website has a resize tool with zoom functionality that supposedly helps you adjust images to passport specifications, but they don't actually use it when processing your order. The photos I received got rejected by the passport agency. When I contacted their support team about this problem, all I got back was a vague apology that didn't address the real issue. A resizing tool that doesn't work shouldn't be on their site in the first place, and they should have quality checks to catch these problems before shipping passport photos. Don't waste your time or money here for passport work.
