The label promises a rich caramel taste, but I'm not getting that at all. Sure, it has solid ratings on their own site, but I noticed a lot of those reviewers mention they deal with acid reflux, stomach issues, or heartburn. Seems like they're marketing to people with sensitive stomachs specifically. Their return policy is pretty restrictive too. They won't take back sealed bags, and even if you buy multiple bags, you're only getting a refund for up to 3 of them. Should've been a red flag that there's no information about where the beans actually come from. It's odd how an "exclusive" premium product suddenly became widely available everywhere. I was really hoping to find a coffee I'd actually enjoy drinking, but this one just doesn't measure up.
