I spent over a hundred bucks on some work pants and waited a month to get them. When they finally arrived, they sent the wrong ones. Now I have to deal with the hassle and expense of returning their mistake and hoping that in another month or two I'll get what I actually ordered. I'm just throwing these away and never coming back. Customers should know about this.

I waited a whole month for my order to arrive. The customer service reps kept telling me it would ship in the next couple days, which turned out to be lies. Eventually I got told they couldn't even get the item in stock. Why are they selling stuff they don't have? Now I'm trying to get my money back. Just stay away from this place.

My advice is to buy from literally anyone else. This place needs a complete overhaul from the top down. It took over a week just to get notified that they were putting my order together. Running a business this way would bankrupt me in a heartbeat. Just skip it.

Working Persons Store seems totally lost when it comes to handling returns. I've been waiting over three weeks just to exchange a size 9.5 boot for a size 10 with still no resolution in sight. I really think they should step back from selling footwear because they're just not equipped to handle it.

Bought boots from these guys and they arrived totally beat up with scuffs and scratches everywhere. They claimed that's how they come from the factory and refused to cover my shipping costs on the return. Their return policies are garbage and their customer service is terrible. Don't shop here.

I ordered a 5.11 backpack on the 11th and paid right away. Two weeks went by with nothing arriving. Every conversation I had with customer service went nowhere. Just buy what you need somewhere else and pay the extra money if you have to. You'll get your stuff that way. Don't even bother with this company.

Items are constantly out of stock, but they don't tell you that until after you've already paid. I've placed two orders and I'm still waiting for my second refund to come through.

WARNING: Do not buy from this place. I ordered safety boots and a rain and winter jacket that were supposedly in stock. The boots arrived after a week but then I got notified the jacket was on back order. Two weeks later when I checked on it, they said they had no idea when it would arrive. I asked for a refund on that item and they promised it would take five to seven days. It's now thirteen days with nothing. They've stopped responding to all contact attempts. According to the Better Business Bureau, this company isn't even operating anymore but they're still taking orders and money from people. There are dozens of complaints against them for shady business practices, yet somehow they keep going. Don't risk it. There are plenty of other reputable places to spend your money.

Been trying to reach this company for months without any luck. The phone line is always busy and emails go completely unanswered. I need to cancel an order from a couple months back but keep getting notifications saying they're still processing it. This company doesn't seem very trustworthy to me at all.

No stars deserved here. Found some boots on sale last week for a great deal, ordered them, and got an email that same day saying they're actually out of stock and won't be back for eight to ten weeks. I can't wait that long. I've been trying to cancel for a week now but there's no getting through. The phone line is always busy, texts go unanswered, emails don't get replied to, and the online help form hasn't helped either. To make it worse, my card information got compromised this week and my account was drained. Makes you wonder if it's connected or intentional.
