After I paid, I realized they're using an international courier and all the tracking info is in German. On the delivery day, the tracking showed it would arrive but nothing showed up even though I was home. The courier didn't call even though I gave them my number. Same thing happened three days later on the rescheduled delivery. Then the tracker claimed I wasn't home, which is absolutely not true because our door knocker is loud and unmissable. Plus they could've just pushed the package through the mail slot. Why didn't they use the phone number they asked for? They could've actually talked to me and realized I was there. Now the tracker says I need to pick it up from an airport with basically no useful information.
Watch out because Wolford is actually threatening legal action against me. All I did was file a claim with PayPal to get my money back. They never responded to any of my messages or picked up when I called. When my order didn't show up for weeks and I needed it for an event, I asked them to cancel it and bought the item elsewhere instead. Still no response, so I had no choice but to go through PayPal to recover my money, and it was approved pretty easily. Months later, the original package somehow arrived at my place and my concierge accepted it. Since they'd never gotten back to me, I just stuck it in a drawer and didn't use it. That should've been the end of it, but they're now sending threatening letters demanding I pay the original amount plus the chargeback fee PayPal charged them. Now I'm having to get a lawyer because I won't let them push me around like this. Wolford's behavior is absolutely disgusting.
I placed a large order back in December and paid for everything. In mid January I checked in since it still hadn't arrived in London and I'd never gotten a confirmation email. I still had my order number saved on my phone from the original page. They got back to me saying the order was received but not yet sent out. A week later I noticed a refund showed up on my credit card statement with zero explanation. Looking at what others have written, I guess I was one of the lucky ones since at least I got my money back without having to fight for it constantly. So Wolford, your products are fine but why are you running sales promotions when you know you can't actually fulfill the orders? I'll be avoiding this in the future.
I'm posting this because I didn't check reviews before buying and now I'm stuck in the same situation as everyone else here. I placed my order back in July and have been going in circles with customer support emails that get me nowhere. My refund isn't happening. This is such a ripoff. Is this company even still in business? I ordered from their Italy site back in October and have received absolutely nothing. I asked about it on November 4th and got a response saying they'd received it and would ship it eventually. Since then total silence. My emails keep bouncing back even when I try different addresses and their phone numbers don't work, not even the main office in Austria. I'm starting to wonder if they've shut down operations.

Don't buy from them. I've been loyal for years and made a big order two weeks ago without checking here first. My account was charged immediately, but then nothing. No order confirmation and no way to reach customer service. I tried three different email addresses and they all bounce back. I checked their Instagram and noticed they've shut off comments. That's never a good sign. I'm worried I'm out the money so I'm meeting with my bank to reverse the charge. It's crazy that companies like this are allowed to keep taking payments when they can't deliver products or provide support. If you can't fulfill orders or staff customer service, shut down the website. Stop posting on social media when you ignore your customers and don't ship anything.
Do yourself a favor and don't order from their website. I placed two orders last week and still haven't gotten any order confirmations even though they charged my account. Their contact email isn't working and I can't reach anyone by phone. I feel totally scammed.
Skip this site. Their customer service isn't quality at all. You order and pay for something but get zero updates on delivery timing. When I reached out to their support team, they told me the items I wanted weren't available. They haven't offered any solution yet.
This deserves negative stars. Their online store is a total mess. Everything was wrong from the moment I placed my order through dealing with returns. It took forever, about a month, just to get my stuff. When it showed up, some items were missing from the box. I reached out and found out they weren't even going to send the missing items because they don't have them in stock. They didn't bother telling me this upfront. I sent back a couple of items using their return label and then heard nothing for two weeks. When I contacted support again, they said they never got my package. Good thing I saved the shipping receipt showing it was delivered and signed for by them. Even with that proof, they still can't find it and want me to fill out forms so they can start investigating. This place is totally disorganized and unreliable. Stay away.
