I would give this negative stars if I could. I relocated and wasn't able to update my address before my order shipped. The package never got forwarded to my new place and basically vanished. I reached out to customer service and honestly they were pretty dismissive and unhelpful. I asked if they could refund or replace my order, especially since I had paid for premium service and spent extra on add-ons. Nothing happened. They gave me zero assistance. Even after I provided documentation showing my move happened before the delivery date, they still didn't care. I escalated it to a supervisor because it was a decent chunk of money involved, and I really do enjoy having nice fragrances. Still got nothing. Not even an apology. Just basically told me it was my problem for moving when I did. And to make matters worse, the shipping took way longer than they promised it would.
