Going with Excel for my test prep and college applications was hands down the right choice. I looked at lots of other options including companies in my area and across the country, but Excel stood out because of their focus on engaging instruction and students hitting high and perfect test scores. I ended up getting a 1600 on the SAT, 800s in Chem, Bio, Physics and Math Subject Tests, and a perfect 36 on the ACT. Excel has incredible teachers and staff!

I was scared off at first by how much Excel costs since I'd never done ACT prep before, but honestly, getting a comprehensive ACT course with tons of practice tests plus six months of access to their exam club after signing up for a class made it totally worth the investment for my test preparation.

My background wasn't in Civil Engineering originally, I studied NE instead, but circumstances led me into the Civil field down the road. When it came time to take the FE, I discovered Excel Test Prep after trying another review program first. Their approach emphasizing heavy problem solving and solid material definitely helped me pass. Later when I needed to prep for the PE, I went back to Excel. The second attempt went better after reviewing their recorded sessions, and I walked out of that exam feeling much more confident. The quality of their instruction made me aware of important details like upper and lower limits to consider, and how to work through complete solutions rather than just pick the easiest answer. Don't hesitate or gamble on this exam, it costs too much. Choose Excel and you'll have a major advantage!
