Sorted by: Most recentOrdered a two piece bathing suit in March where the top and bottom ship separately. The top was backordered until late March but the bottom would arrive sooner. I hadn't heard anything so I called customer service and found out the bottom won't actually ship for a couple days and the top won't be here until end of April. I had to call them to get any info at all. They pushed the date back without even letting me know. If you need backordered items by a specific date don't order here. I'm not confident they'll even have my top ready by when they say they will.
Getting an actual order from this place is a nightmare. I've had to reach out to customer service repeatedly just to figure out what's going on with my purchases. First time I ordered, they claimed there was a PayPal issue and I got zero updates for two weeks until I finally called them myself. Then I tried again with a credit card, waited a week with no shipping notification, and when I contacted support they said only the warehouse could help but they'd put me on priority shipping. Spoiler alert: that order got mysteriously canceled too. It's ridiculous having to basically beg to get what you paid for. The customer service reps do respond fast at least, but good luck actually getting your stuff. Never ordering from them again.
