Sorted by: Most recentGot totally misled by Filofax US on this one. I ordered an Original Filofax Pocket planner because their website specifically advertises these as UK-made products. When it arrived today, I was really disappointed. The outer box has a UPC label saying Made In Indonesia. Inside the box, the planner itself has conflicting labels everywhere - the plastic cover says Made In The UK, but then there's another UPC sticker that clearly says Made In Indonesia. Even the front cover embossing says UK made, yet the flyleaf sticker says Indonesia. This feels like I got sold a counterfeit product straight from Filofax US's own store. I could've grabbed something similar on Temu for $5 or even found one at Dollar Tree for $1.50. I specifically chose to buy from the official Filofax US website thinking I'd get an authentic product, not some knockoff. This planner cost me over $100 and I was looking forward to using it for years to come. I'm filing complaints with the BBB and Consumer Affairs about the misleading advertising. I'm really fed up with companies pushing cheap products under well-known brand names at premium prices. That's the real issue here - the dishonest marketing, not just the questionable origin.
