Had a fantastic time with this purchase. The solid wood construction is beautiful, the price point is fair, and the customer service really came through. Even at 83 years old, I assembled that 3 door media console myself without any trouble. The instruction manual was super clear and every single piece and hardware part was clearly marked. Couldn't be happier with how this turned out.

Don't waste your money here. The product I got showed up already broken, and when I tried contacting them through their return form, nobody ever got back to me. It's like their customer service doesn't even exist. The stuff is just low quality across the board. Would give zero stars if I could. Definitely steer clear of this company.

Sent them an email and got nothing back. That's honestly the worst customer service I've ever dealt with, so think twice before ordering. I did manage to put together the rustic full-size bed myself, and overall it looks pretty nice. The thing is, some wood pieces had slight damage when it arrived, and a handful of the screw holes were manufactured wrong so the screws wouldn't go in properly. I had to drill new holes and do a little sanding to get it working, but it's a minor fix. I also ended up adding support legs under the middle panel for extra stability since it was missing two supports. The bed is solid and functional now, though it required more work than it should have. I'd probably rate the product around 3.5 stars if the customer service actually existed.

Awful quality and customer service that's somehow worse. When you want to return something, they try bribing you with discounts instead of helping, then they scare you with shipping costs so you'll just keep junk you don't want. I grabbed 4 bunk beds for a hunting property, put one together, and right away I could tell these aren't made for grown adults. The frame rocks and sways just from someone stepping on it, and the wood is so cheap it dents from normal use. I packed the whole thing back up in the original packaging and sent it back, but they still charged me almost 400 bucks because I didn't keep their garbage product. There's plenty of cheap metal bunks online that cost way less and are probably the same quality, so just go that route and save yourself like 500 dollars.

Ordered a couple of console tables that looked nothing like the pictures online, so I wanted to send them back. Good luck getting anyone on the phone - I called three times and each time got dropped after waiting around 20 minutes. Email support is just as bad, telling me to print return labels they never actually send. The whole thing feels intentional, like they're banking on customers giving up. I'm out 85 bucks and won't be ordering from them ever again. Not worth it.

Bought a bed that was supposed to arrive by a certain date, but right after checkout the delivery got pushed back another week. When the box finally showed up, some hardware was missing. Getting replacement parts from their support team took forever, so I had to sit around waiting even longer just to finish putting it together.
