Back in early November I placed an order for 11 Holy Family music boxes but never got any email confirming it went through. When I called customer service to check on things, they told me the charge showed up on my December statement under a different company name that's based in Britain. I still haven't received my music boxes and I'm really concerned about what happened with this order. Would really appreciate if someone could look into this for me. Thanks.
