Really disappointed with my experience ordering from this company. I placed an order to have items shipped overseas, but customs in the destination country wouldn't allow the delivery. The package came back to the sender, yet when I asked for my money back, they kept saying no. Their website claims they handle all the logistics of figuring out which items are okay to send to different places, so I don't understand why they won't give me a refund now that it's been months. Their support team wasn't helpful at all and I feel like I'm stuck. Very frustrating situation overall.
