That package never showed up, so I called their customer service. The guy said he'd send another one and technically he did, but then they blocked me from ordering anything else. This is absolutely unacceptable service.
The deodorant smells great, but it honestly doesn't work. When I'm paying this much for deodorant, I expect it to actually do its job. This stuff doesn't even keep working for a full day, which is pretty disappointing.
Two items in my order showed up completely damaged and spilled everywhere, ruining all the products inside. These were supposed to be gifts and now they're totally ruined. Since I didn't purchase their extra protection plan, they flat out refused to send replacements or give me my money back. I won't be ordering from this company ever again.
Never received my order and their so-called support team doesn't care. That's not how real businesses operate. Companies that actually care about their customers make sure orders arrive safely and customers are satisfied. Every Man Jack just takes your payment and then ignores you when something goes wrong. They apparently hire delivery services but take zero responsibility when those services fail. Their customer support team seems trained to make excuses instead of actually helping anyone. I'm genuinely confused why they even bother asking customers about their experience.
