Didn't receive the download links for my order. Tried reaching out to support and got absolutely nothing back from them. Even though it was just a free PDF, this doesn't inspire confidence about ordering from them in the future.
Absolutely awful experience with their customer service team. Their refund policy isn't what they claim it is. When I asked for a refund, the rep refused to process it and wouldn't even show me written proof of their actual policy. They also wouldn't connect me with someone higher up to fix the problem.
This company has seriously lost its way over the past few years. I've been buying from them since 2017 when they actually cared about quality and their customers. Now it seems like they only care about hitting sales numbers and profit margins. Hopefully they'll wake up and start listening to what their customers actually want, otherwise a better company will come along and take over this market.
Really impressed with the Icebreaker card decks! Grabbed one of their journals too and honestly they've made a difference in how organized I feel. The cards are great for when people come over - yeah, some questions get pretty personal but that's actually what makes them so effective at getting real conversations started. The journals help me stay on track with my daily and weekly goals. Delivery was totally normal, nothing to complain about there either.
My wall calendar took four months to arrive. By the time I got it, we were already three months into the year so it was basically useless. Had to follow up with them four separate times to track down what was happening.

It's now been a month and my order is still sitting somewhere in their system. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
