What showed up was just a basic name-only version that means I still need a separate stamp for the expiration part to comply with state rules. The company pointed to their confirmation and terms, but honestly the difference between those layout options wasn't made clear enough while I was buying. On top of that, the impression this embosser makes on regular paper comes out pretty faint, which could be a real issue if you're stamping a ton of documents daily. I did get responses from customer service pretty quickly, but they basically just offered me a small discount to buy a different embosser instead of actually fixing the mix-up.
