When I contacted them, I got generic replies like 'sorry to hear that' or 'we'll fix it'. They said the replacement would go out in 2 to 3 days but it took over 2 weeks, and only after I sent multiple follow-up emails asking about the shipment and tracking info. Most of my emails went unanswered or I got one-liner responses that didn't address what I was saying. The replacement came in the same flimsy packaging and got damaged the same way. I let them know how unhappy I was after a month of back and forth with poor communication. They never responded except to offer a refund, which I took. If you're thinking about ordering from Insight Editions, look elsewhere first or wait.
Ordered The Art and Making of Arcane: Portfolio Edition in late December with an expected shipment at the end of February. The website says it's in stock but I haven't gotten any tracking updates. Tried emailing customer service on March 3rd and got nothing back. Sent another email a few days later on March 6th with the same result. Even filled out their contact form on the site and still nothing. After three attempts to reach them about my order status with zero responses, I had to file a dispute through my credit card company. Honestly, skip this company and order elsewhere.
Don't buy preorders here. I preordered the arcane collection and it got pushed back to December. Got an automated message in December saying it shipped with a tracking number but here we are in March and the tracking still hasn't updated. UPS doesn't even have the package yet. I reached out to support 3 weeks ago and got no answer. This company is terrible. I'm filing a chargeback and advising everyone to steer clear of preordering from them.

Awful customer service and shipping nightmare. I preordered an expensive Arcane artifact edition artbook and somehow they mixed up my address. Now my package is stuck at a UPS Lost & Found facility in Germany since they're a terrible shipping carrier anyway. I reached out to UPS and got nowhere - they just kept saying I needed to contact the sender. So I sent 2 emails to Insight Editions and waited almost 2 weeks with zero response even after sending several follow-ups. When I finally checked my package status, I found out UPS tried delivering it to the wrong address on January 3rd, but Insight Editions didn't email me about the shipment until January 23rd. Getting hit with a 600 dollar loss isn't cool. Still waiting for them to get back to me after all these weeks.
I've been waiting almost 3 weeks to hear back about my refund request and no one has picked up. UPDATE: Finally got a response after nearly 3 weeks went by.
Items don't get shipped and they won't respond to messages. Feels sketchy to say the least.
Had a really bad experience with terrible customer service overall. I preordered something 5 months ago and still haven't gotten shipping confirmation or any real info about where it's at, even though the item dropped over 2 weeks ago. Customer service keeps saying my order is being worked on but that doesn't make sense after such a long wait. Really disappointed and can't recommend ordering from this company based on what I went through.
