Ordered 5 silk dresses in July for a September wedding. Right from the start, no confirmation email showed up, which seemed odd. I grabbed a screenshot of the order and everything looked correct with my items and email address. Figured they were just disorganized with emails so I waited for delivery. Two weeks go by with no package or word from the company. I tried reaching out to their support address on the website but the email bounced back as undeliverable. They didn't have any other contact info and I double checked that I had the right email. I gave it another month before opening a dispute with my bank. When I looked at my bank statement, I saw they charged me twice: once for the order and then an extra $8.64 for an international transaction fee. That fee wasn't on my screenshot and nobody mentioned it when I was ordering. My bank has all the information now and I'm disputing both charges. Everything about this screams scam operation.

Total rip-off. Ordered something that turned out to be unavailable. They said they'd refund me but the money never hit my account. Then I bought something else that came absolutely filthy. When I complained, they wanted me to ship it back to get reimbursed. I paid my own money to send it back, and now they won't respond to anything. Been dealing with this garbage for 7 months and never got paid back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Really disappointed with the wool coat I purchased. For what I paid, the quality should be way better than this. Would definitely skip this place if you're looking for a decent coat.

Ordered an Extra Small coat and got sent a Medium instead. Then they said I had to pay for return shipping even though it was their error? Really bad experience and I can't suggest them. If you mess up the order, I shouldn't be the one covering those costs. The coat itself was nice but it was the wrong size to begin with.

What a rip-off. My white dress took forever and a day to arrive. There's no delivery timeline on the site and it got here weeks too late for the occasion I needed it for. The quality is brutal. It showed up in a thin plastic bag. The dress was dirty out of the box and the fabric is completely transparent. Returning it doesn't seem worth the hassle based on all the reviews saying refunds don't happen. Skip Silk Maison completely. Wish I'd checked the reviews before buying.

NOT SILK. The material is garbage polyester. Delivery and customer response were okay, but here's the real problem: they claim their stuff is graded and pure silk. After going back and forth multiple times, they still won't show me who did the grading or what certifications they have. Don't believe them. There's way more they're dishonest about too. A lawsuit would feel right but it's tough since they're operating out of China.

This is a total fraudulent operation, deserves zero stars if possible. Ordered a bunch of dresses for a January event. They took forever to ship them and they arrived way after the event was over. When I emailed asking where my stuff was, I just got an auto-reply saying they were on vacation. Most of the dresses were terrible quality and basically unwearable when they finally got here. I had to pay to send everything back, it was confirmed delivered to their warehouse, and months later I still haven't gotten my full refund. Even worse, I asked them to cancel the remaining items that hadn't shipped yet. They ignored that request and sent them anyway in May. This was a big order and I've lost hundreds of dollars. I'm going to push hard to make sure this company gets shut down if I don't get every penny back.

Worst outfit out there. Complete scammers. You'll never get your full refund. They dodge and blame shipping carriers for lost stuff even when no one signed for it. They told me to wait for the rest of my money and after waiting, they rejected the refund claim. SCAMMERS straight up. Never buy anything from them. Seriously never.

Anyone ever actually gotten a refund from these people? I ordered a coat in fall and didn't get it until the new year. For over $250, the quality was disappointing. I asked them how to return it for my money back. No packing slip came with it. They said I'd have to pay to ship it back myself. They gave me an address at some random warehouse in California and a phone number that doesn't even work. Once my package got there and they confirmed it, I emailed their support with proof. All I keep getting is the same response: our payment system is frozen and it'll be fixed by the end of spring. Well, it's now late spring and I'm hearing the exact same thing over and over.

Can't recommend this company. They operate out of China and seem like a total rip-off operation. They advertise SILK pajamas but when 1 of my 3 pairs finally showed up after 4 weeks, it was POLYESTER. Asked for a refund on the 2 pairs that never came, and they took out shipping charges and fees from the refund amount even though it was their mistake. Then they really got me: promised a $156 refund but the next day dropped it to $134. That's not right at all. I'm fighting this through my bank. Paid over $150 for fake silk that wasn't what they said it was. Stay away from this sketchy operation.
