Ordered stuff back in autumn and they sent it in 3 separate shipments. Only 1 package arrived and it took over a month. The other 2 packages just vanished. One seemed to get shipped to the wrong city by the carrier and the other was sent back. When I reached out, they said they'd look into it but never followed up. When I pushed again, they basically told me to call the shipping company myself and get proof of loss. Why should I do their job? I didn't get paid to track down packages. In the email chain, their customer service insisted the packages were sent but couldn't even give me a receipt. Obviously not, since nothing got to me. But they had the nerve to say it was my mistake. How is it my fault when one arrived but two didn't? The support team is also kind of rude and makes you feel like you're working for them instead of the other way around. They need to find my stuff, not make me do it. They're claiming to be a quality brand but their customer service is a mess. Don't count on getting your refund here, but if you want to gamble on it, go for it.

Should get zero stars if I could give it. The material felt scratchy and awful when it arrived. I've been asking about returning it but they're just ignoring my messages now. Haven't heard anything back in days. Don't trust this outfit at all.

Took 2 months for the package to reach me. The sizing information on their website was way way off from reality. They said the material was 100% cotton but when I checked it out, a huge chunk of it is actually polyester.

Grabbed 3 silk dresses and was pretty nervous after seeing all the negative feedback on this site. But I figure people who have problems are way more likely to leave a review than people who are satisfied, which skews things. For me, everything went smoothly. The dresses are beautiful and comfortable to wear. The sizing was right on. Coming from China meant about 3 weeks, which seemed normal. I had a quick question about availability and their support was helpful and responsive. Would definitely order from them again.
