I ordered a shark vacuum through a third-party seller and after using it just four times, it stopped working. Since this happened about ten days after the return period closed, I tried to leave negative feedback on the site. When I went to submit my review, I got sent to a feedback page that showed my order date as January 2012, even though I actually bought it in May 2020 which is what my account shows. After writing my review, I finally discovered the feedback button that was hard to find and submitted it, but then I just got an error message saying the page wasn't available. I went through this process multiple times and never could get my negative rating posted. I lost about 120 dollars on a defective product. If you're considering using this site, be careful.

I've shopped with them twice now for items that were showing as available, but both times my orders got canceled right when they were supposed to arrive. The items were still listed as in stock when the cancellations happened. I won't be coming back to this store.
