I reached out to management about an issue I was having and kept getting told someone would contact me back. A week went by with nothing. They don't seem to care about keeping customers happy, and honestly, the broken promises feel like a slap in the face. Not going back to them.
Had a major issue with my order from their site. I requested an invoice but they sent it to my shipping address instead of using the billing address I clearly provided. When I pointed this out and asked them to fix it, they basically said no. I then requested they generate a corrected invoice for me, but after that they just stopped responding to any of my messages. Their mistake has made it impossible for me to even use what I purchased, which is really frustrating.
