I sent back something I never used, still in its original box, and their warehouse confirmed they got it on July 7th. Then nothing happened for more than three weeks. No word from them about whether they got it, no status updates, nothing about my money back. When I finally contacted them myself on July 25th, suddenly they're saying maybe it was used and they need extra time to check it out. Five days go by and I have to bug them again just to get an answer. Here's the thing: the product was perfect when I shipped it back to them, so whatever condition it's in now after sitting at their place isn't on me. That's their problem to deal with. It's messed up that they're now holding onto my refund with these vague claims they can't even prove. Not only is it dishonest, it feels like straight up fraud. This place takes your cash no problem, but when you need them to actually follow through on returns, they stall and make excuses. Stay away from them.
