I placed an order for 8 candles and was really disappointed when it arrived. One of the candles in the corner had completely shattered, leaving glass fragments scattered everywhere, including back inside the box. When I tried to remove it, I ended up with pieces stuck to my hand that needed tweezers to get out. As an older customer, I didn't think to photograph it right away. Apparently that's required according to their policy, which seems unfair. It's frustrating that they'd question someone's honesty over a candle purchase when I spent that much money. I'm done shopping with them, and I'm still concerned I might have missed some glass in the other candles and on my skin.

Just got the Fresh Lemon candle and wow, it's absolutely stunning! The fragrance is really intense and powerful, so the aroma stuck around for hours after burning it. Such a nice product overall.

I'm pretty sure this is not a legitimate operation. Their customer service is basically non-existent. The website has a section that says 'Have more questions' and 'Get in touch with us,' but when you click it you just get a 404 error. There's no other way to reach them that I could find. No physical address listed anywhere. You'd have to dig through their social media accounts, and not everyone even uses those platforms. Here's my issue: I got two candles for my birthday and both have these prints that are only on the outside and underneath the glass. I can't find these exact candles anywhere in their actual shop. One says 'Blue Aloe' with a product code, and the other is 'White Mohair' with another code, but neither one comes up in their online store. After I burned them, there was about 10 percent leftover in the jar and the wick just went out. That's not acceptable quality. I'm really frustrated with both the product and how the company operates. Also, the wax is made in Vietnam and shipped to the US, which doesn't help matters.

I picked up a couple of these candles because the scents were really nice, plus the glass jars themselves are so colorful and eye-catching. They look great on display. Definitely going to buy more next time.

Someone gave me a DW Home candle as a gift and I have to say it's fantastic. I've got the Chocolate Chip Cookie scent and I'm really happy with it. It comes in a nice big jar with two wicks, and the smell is really rich and strong. It fills up the whole room with such a nice aroma. Even after you blow it out, the scent stays around for a long time. I've got nothing bad to say about this candle at all.
