Don't count on returning this if you change your mind. The beanbag comes packed with roughly 30 pounds of foam stuffed inside the liner, and if you want to send it back, you have to remove every bit of that foam yourself and get rid of it. The company doesn't tell you this upfront, which I discovered only after contacting customer support. The foam breaks down into small pieces and particles that seem risky to breathe in, so I decided against attempting the removal process. Now I'm filing a dispute with my payment provider. The return requirements are basically unworkable. You're looking at spending 10 hours or more just pulling out all that foam, so really you should only order this if you're 100% keeping it. On top of that, I paid an extra three bucks for their supposed hassle free return option, then they wanted eight dollars to actually process the return, which I ended up skipping because I wasn't willing to deal with 30 pounds of shredded foam particles everywhere. The support person I talked to wasn't much help either. She basically said this is how they've operated for 18 years, which means they've been running this same unsafe and impractical system for nearly two decades. I'd definitely recommend looking elsewhere.
