Don't Trust Their Claims About Quality and Origin. I purchased an alarm clock camera and a carbon monoxide detector camera from this retailer, and both turned out to be defective products. According to their marketing, these items go through rigorous quality checks and are manufactured domestically. That couldn't have been further from the truth. One came from China while the other originated from Mexico. When I tried to return the carbon monoxide unit, they said a return label would be sent right away, which never happened. For the alarm clock camera, I had to cover my own return shipping costs out of pocket. My original order totaled $525.76, yet I only received a refund of $410.01. That leaves $115.75 unaccounted for, plus the $10 I spent on shipping, which was never credited back. They profited from selling me broken products they claimed were tested thoroughly. I want to warn others about their deceptive practices and strongly recommend looking elsewhere for security equipment. What makes this worse is how they're taking advantage of disabled military members and underrepresented communities.
