I was surprised to see low scores for Office on this platform. I visited the store at Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh today. The store was well stocked, warm and attractive. The prices were clear to see on the stock on display.I was served by Amanda who was really friendly, polite and helpful. I was very happy with my shopping experience and the level of Service.

Twice now, this store has sold me stock they don't actually have, held my money hostage, and forced me to file a bank dispute just to get a refund.Customer service is a mess of conflicting scripts - one representative told me my items were on the way, while the next admitted they’d likely never be dispatched due to 'low stock'. When I questioned why this keeps happening, they actually told me: 'Order confirmation is not a guarantee of stock availability.' Save yourself the headache and the tied-up funds. Their inventory system and guarantees are completely unreliable.

I visited the lincoln brange on Saturday. I was needing help with shoe purchase. There were 4 female members of staff just standing around chatting amongst themselves. With no offer of help or feeling i could approach them. A young man by the name of Bailey was the only one who offered help. He was lovely. I was unable to leave him a review as the qr code he gave me was unlegible. With the exception of Bailey. Very very poor service. Even the woman who put my sail through the till didn't manage basic makers! Not impressed

I bought trainers from Office, but they proved to be uncomfortable at home and were returned. I ordered something completely different, which was confirmed but, when I opened the box, the replacement was exactly what I had originally returned.After two weeks, I have not received the refund I asked for and find my treatment by Office unacceptable, rude, and unlawful. I am 88 years old and a pensioner.

You can only truly judge a company when there's a problem and how it's resolved. I had an issue with an item that didn't get delivered. Don't know what happened to it, and I guess that from time to time things go missing in the post, and I can accept that. What i couldnt accept was the period of time it took to be reimbursed. Communication was very poor, waiting over a week sometimes for a reply and 8 weeks to actually get my money back. Had to get my bank to intervene to reclaim my pennies. The online chat assistance was almost non-existent 9/10 no one available. Like so many people have had a negative experience with OFFICE online section and will never use them again.

What a joke of a company, ordered 2 pairs of new balance trainers, nothing arrived after 2 weeks, after contacting yodel they seem to have just disappeared lol, now disputing it with office thru email, DO NOT USE OFFICE!!

I ordered some trainers, got a despatched email on 8th Feb. Yodel tracking didn’t update for a few days and just said we are expecting your parcel. On 11th Feb it said parcel being returned to sender, contact the sender. Why are office so hard to contact? Nobody responds on live chat, tried to respond to an email and my emails are blocked as ‘potential spam’. I just want to be refunded how difficult is it to contact someone.EDIT -After FOURTY minutes on live chat someone responded to say I won’t be refunded until they receive the item back. Why should I have to wait as if this situation isn’t out of my hands? The parcel never even got to me and now I’m having to wait even longer for a refund?

Yodel delivered the wrong parcel to my address. The delivery address and name had been scrubbed out with a marker pen. I taken the parcel to an office shop and they are saying it's not their problem it's the curriers. I bought the trainers from office and I haven't received them. Between the currier and office they are ripping people off. I recommend not to buy from office shockingly bad customer service.

1 star because I had to put something. Ordered for store pick up and they've dissappeared. I've chased for 17 days to get a resolution and get exactly the same response each time. We will email back when we have and answer. There is never a response on live chat, it hangs waiting for an available agent and any form of customer services is as non existent as my trainers. Utterly poor customer experience.

Had a parcel stolen by yodel. Went through the claims process and was told my refund had been processed on 2nd Feb and would show within 5 working days. I am still waiting for my money to be returned and now all my emails are being ignored!! Avoid this company!!!
