Nobody answers when you try to reach out about problems. My shipment got stuck with the carrier, so the company just told me to deal with the shipper instead. I sent emails four different times and heard crickets every time. Eventually had to dispute the charge with my bank. The product itself is actually pretty decent, but this company is unreliable. I'd recommend getting it from Amazon instead where you at least get some customer support.
