1. Does ALDI Offer Price Matching?

No, ALDI does not price match competitors. You won’t find a “Best Price Guarantee” or “We’ll match it” policy here. Because ADLI focuses on negotiating the best possible prices for customers. 

There may be times when you find a product for cheaper at a different ALDI location. However, ALDI manages to maintain the competitive price advantage, and ensures its shoppers can save up to 50 percent compared to traditional grocery stores.

2. Does ALDI Offer Price Adjustments?

No. ALDI does honor price adjustments, but it only applies to ALDI Finds.

A price adjustment will be made if the price of an ALDI Find drops within 14 days of your purchase. You can take your receipt to the store from where you purchased the product, and the store manager will process the adjustment. 

Please note: Seasonal products and regularly stocked items are not eligible for price adjustments.

3. ALDI Finds

ALDI Finds are unique, limited-time products that ALDI introduces every week. These products can range from food and drinks to home goods, clothing, and even seasonal items. 

This program allows ALDI to test new products. If an item sells well, it could come back as an ALDI Find throughout the year or even be added to ALDI’s everyday selection.

Products in ALDI Finds changes weekly. Every visit feels like a treasure hunt, since you never know what you’re going to find on the shelves. And because quantities are limited, you never know when they’re going to sell out. 

ALDI is known for its affordable prices, and therefore, ALDI Finds are also priced to save your money. Sometimes, you just need to pay half the price of similar items at traditional retailers.

4. ALDI Return Policy

Twice as Nice Guarantee

ALDI is committed to offering best quality products that meet or exceed the national brands in taste and quality. To keep this promise, every item in ALDI’s stores can be backed by Twice as Nice Guarantee.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any product, ALDI stores will replace the product and refund your money. To receive the Twice as Nice Guarantee, the product packaging and any unused product must be returned to your local ALDI store manager.

Keep in mind: 

• A receipt is required to receive a refund in the original form of payment.  Customers who do not provide a receipt will receive an ALDI Merchandise Credit gift card equal to the current retail price of the returned item.

• The Twice As Nice Guarantee does not apply to non-food ALDI Finds items, alcohol national brands and non-quality related issues.

Items Not Covered by the Twice as Nice Guarantee

For products that are not covered by the Twice as Nice Guarantee (such as non-food ALDI Find items, alcohol, national brands or non-quality related issues), ALDI will still offer a fund or replacement. 

In addition, some ALDI-exclusive brands and national brand items also include a manufacturers’ limited warranty. Please check the instruction manual or warranty card that came with the product to determine how to make a warranty claim. 

Computers and electronics with a receipt can be returned within 90 days of purchase date. Product must be returned with all original packaging, parts and accessories.

Important: The return of alcohol is subject to local regulations, and may not be accepted at all stores. Customers should bring the receipt and speak with the store manager for guidance.
