Trust me, don't use this company. I booked a stay for mid-February in Fort Lauderdale after traveling from the Philadelphia area. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no reservation under my name and they were fully booked. They'd already charged my card too. I got a refund and a 20% discount offer for a future stay, but there was nothing available for my first night. I ended up having to sleep in my rental car. They don't hold themselves accountable. Book your hotel elsewhere.

The 'Best Price Guarantee' is frankly not what it claims to be. With prepaid car rentals, accessing this guarantee is incredibly difficult because of numerous requirements and restrictions. They want documented proof of lower prices, and the only way to get that proof is to make a second reservation under the exact same rental company, exact same dates, and exact same car category. If you rented from Dollar originally, it has to be Dollar again, not another rental company. Prepaying definitely didn't get me the best price on my rental car. Unlikely I'll return to this site.
