I paid for the faster shipping option because I wanted the phone right away. It came as a bundle with some extras that seemed almost too good to be true. But after I paid, they never sent it. The package got returned as undeliverable. When I contacted OnePlus they said they'd look into it. Fifteen days passed before I got a response saying the replacement phone and watch weren't in stock. I really liked their products before this but now I'm pretty frustrated and disappointed with how they handled it.

Had a good experience with my OnePlus phone overall.

My credit card got charged almost $900 by OnePlus USA Corp without me ever ordering anything from them or even knowing who they were until my bank sent me a fraud alert. When I looked into the company, the first results showed their BBB warning and F rating. The whole operation seems like a scam to me.

Used to be a fan of the brand. I've purchased just about every OnePlus phone and tablet they've released and the pad 3 is great too. Unfortunately the free stylus wasn't included in my order and I was informed I'd need to wait over two weeks to even start the replacement request. I made it clear I wanted to use the tablet with the pen immediately but got told they couldn't help even after explaining my situation further. Their only offer was a small credit. I ended up spending over 110 dollars on a replacement stylus on my own. I'll return it later and request the free pen but the whole situation was pointless and wasteful. In all my years as a customer, I've never experienced customer service this unhelpful. I won't be purchasing from them anymore.

I really liked this brand. I've purchased many OnePlus devices over the years and also got the pad 3 recently which is nice. But I never received the free stylus that was supposed to come with the tablet and they said I'd have to wait more than two weeks before I could even request a replacement. I told them I needed to start using the tablet with the pen right away but they basically said there was nothing they could do. They offered me a small coupon which doesn't help at all. I had to go buy a separate stylus for over a hundred dollars out of pocket. I'll eventually return that and get the free one later but this was all completely unnecessary and wasteful. After ten years of being loyal I've never had customer service fail me like this. I'm done buying their phones and tablets after this.

I'm really disappointed and honestly I won't be buying from them again.

This might be the best phone I've ever owned. I've had Apple and Samsung phones previously and OnePlus just offers better value than both. For around 600 dollars you get a flagship-level phone when competitors would charge nearly double. I've been using this for over three years and it still works perfectly. Really happy with my decision overall.

OnePlus has treated me really well. My OnePlus 7 Pro is fantastic. The OLED display looks amazing, the selfie camera is fun to use, and Oxygen OS is simple to navigate. Battery easily goes over 36 hours even though I charge it nightly. The warp charging is incredibly fast and there's nothing to complain about. The main camera takes great shots with solid autofocus performance for both close-ups and wide scenes. Overall it's an excellent phone, especially if you want to avoid dropping over a thousand on an iPhone. I think it's worth noting that opinions online can be skewed toward negative experiences.

I've followed this company since the beginning and they consistently deliver phones with great features at way less than half what the major competitors charge. I've bought nearly their entire lineup and watched them improve steadily with genuine support for their community. A couple years back the OnePlus 3 was an obvious choice but lately the prices have been climbing and other brands are catching up. You could probably find something better suited to your specific needs, but I'd recommend them without hesitation based on what I've experienced. Very satisfied with my current model.

My wife and I are both really enjoying our new phones. The operating system takes a little getting used to if you're coming from something different, but it's intuitive and straightforward. The customer service team at OnePlus was fantastic to deal with when we had an issue on one device they fixed it right away. Would absolutely recommend to others!

Good phone. Had the OnePlus 2 before and now using the 3T. No problems at all and I love it.
