The customer service left much to be desired. I ordered something online and it never showed up. When I asked for help, they just told me to file a chargeback with my bank. No real attempt to fix the issue, just basically told me to handle it myself.

I'm giving three stars mainly because the return process wasn't clear upfront. I thought just bringing my order number would be enough, but there was more to it. Thankfully, manager Murat at the local store took charge despite being swamped and walked me through everything with incredible patience. That store has really improved thanks to his leadership.

Avoid ordering online here and check out other retailers instead.

Alec really impressed me with his knowledge about batteries. He called ahead to confirm he had what I needed, then installed it right after I purchased. He also gave me helpful tips on keeping my battery in good shape. The customer service was outstanding.
