Avoid the location on West Road. The service is terrible and they regularly miss items from orders. I waited with my order code on the portal but they never actually input it into their system. They also forgot to include the crazy sauce. I'd definitely drive further to go somewhere else instead of dealing with this place.

Got the wrong order delivered to me. What I received was someone else's food, it arrived cold, and tasted terrible. I'm really unhappy with the experience. I won't be ordering from this place ever again.

I ordered Hawaiian pizza expecting ham and pineapple, but something in it was way too spicy. My mouth was burning and my nose was running. This is not what I signed up for since I don't like spicy food. To make matters worse, staff didn't seem to care about my complaint. Quality control needs serious improvement.

Ordered the pepperoni crazy puffs and some buffalo wings. The puffs turned out small and burned, and instead of buffalo wings I got teriyaki wings. Those were also tiny and overdone. Not a good experience at all.

I will say consistency isn't always there, and sometimes pizzas get overbaked. But overall the value is great and you get tasty pizza for the price. This is about my local store specifically.

The delivery service was decent, but walking in has always been a letdown. The manager who rings people up acts rude and pushy, and just comes across as unhappy and unprofessional overall.

Went to order at a local store and asked for 2 pepperoni and 1 meat lovers. The drive-thru worker didn't understand my order very well and when I said meat lovers she asked "pepperoni?" I felt bad making a fuss so I just agreed to 2 pepperoni instead. Unfortunately the pizza quality was awful and seemed like it had been sitting around. I was really hungry so I ate it anyway, but it was disappointing. In my opinion Little Caesars has gone downhill pretty noticeably over the last five or so years.

I didn't want to make things awkward, so I just went along with it and ended up with 2 pepperoni pizzas instead. When I got home, the pizza tasted stale and old, but I ate it anyway since I was starving at that time of day. Honestly, I've noticed over the past several years that the quality at this chain has really declined. Pretty disappointed overall.

Went inside to order and there were only 2 young workers on the clock. I noticed neither of them was wearing gloves while handling the food. I should have asked for my money back right then, but I just took the pizza home and tossed it. A lot of wasted effort driving 30 miles for that.

Walked in to place an order and noticed the two employees working didn't have any gloves on while handling food. It was concerning enough that I should have asked for a refund, but instead I took the pizza home and threw the whole thing away. That was a wasted trip from quite a distance.

Giving this place 3 stars because other locations are better. The cashier here has a really negative attitude toward customers and seems like she's always in a bad mood. She could definitely work on being more friendly and showing appreciation to the people who come in. Customer service matters.

A worker named Brandon provided excellent service. He was courteous and really knows how to treat customers right on Mobile Highway in Pensacola.
