Horrible customer service experience. I bought some items, returned one that didn't fit on December 27th, and haven't heard a word since. Every week I've sent another email and nothing comes back. Can't reach them by phone either - the number's broken. I'm sitting here down 70 pounds with no way to contact them.

This is what shopping should feel like! Fantastic discounted prices, tons of sizes in stock, and delivery that actually gets to you fast. The whole site is super easy to navigate and ordering was straightforward. Plus I actually look pretty awesome in what I got. They've got an amazing selection for women too. Definitely recommend.

The item showed up different from how it looked online, so I sent it back using tracked mail and emailed confirmation that I'd shipped it. Got my refund after a couple weeks. That said, it was pretty unclear whether I'd actually get the money back initially. They really need to work on how they talk to customers and set expectations better, especially given what people pay for their clothes. When they don't respond quickly or at all, and you can't figure out when your refund is coming, it just creates bad reviews. Better communication from their team would solve a lot of this.

Ordered from them, sent the item back at their request even though I had to pay for that. Sent tracked delivery confirmation and now they're ghosting my emails and won't refund me. Looks like this is what they do to everyone. It's been a month since they got my return. The only way to get paid back is through a credit card chargeback.

Absolutely terrible - would give zero stars if possible. Zero customer service at all. I've sent five emails with nothing back, and their phone line is just an answering machine that nobody ever picks up. They're asking for over 5 pounds to return stuff and I haven't gotten a single response, let alone my refund. Total rip-off artists with crazy prices.

Placed a big order and nothing showed up. After I complained, they told me some random excuse about socks causing a delay. When it finally got here, half my stuff was missing and they never gave me my money back. They pocketed a lot of cash from me and that's it. Emails go nowhere and they don't answer their phones. Don't trust this company.

Wish I'd read reviews first before ordering. I returned something and had to pay for shipping myself. It got delivered but the refund never came through. I'll be filing a complaint with consumer protection and steering clear of their website from now on. Will shop through a regular retailer instead. Really disappointing customer service.

Had a really poor experience with this company. Ordered clothing for my kid for Christmas and because everything was disappearing fast, by the time it arrived the jeans were a size too small. We paid over 9 dollars to ship the jeans back via priority mail and immediately ordered the right size. Even though my return has been signed for and received, it's apparently stuck somewhere in their warehouse with delays and they can't tell me when the refund will show up. As a first-time buyer who dropped over 400 dollars across two orders, this treatment is unacceptable. Completely let down.
