A limited edition Pop I bought got stolen from the warehouse by staff. When I complained Funko did absolutely nothing to help. Every single Starkiller Pop that came in got stolen by employees. To make matters worse, they've changed their rewards program to supposedly make it 'easier' but really it just helps staff steal more, while they're taking away customer points we earned. And now you can't just buy convention exclusives anymore either, you have to enter a raffle. I'm done with this company. They're a scam operation.

I should mention that when my partner and I have ordered from Funko in the past, stuff has arrived safely. But he made a custom Pop for Valentine's Day and they got it completely wrong, wrong dog breed and wrong outfit basically. He reached out and they only offered a partial refund which seemed pretty weak for what was supposed to be a special occasion gift. Now I'm trying to reset my password to order a new one they're releasing and when I click the password reset link from the email, it just takes me to the main site with no actual reset option. I contacted support and they sent another link but it has the same problem and they didn't even seem to read that I already mentioned this was the issue. It's been 6 days and I haven't had a response in 2 days so they're basically hoping I'll just give up. The whole experience has been really disappointing from a support standpoint.

This is unbelievable. I ordered two custom Harry Potter Pops in 2025 and they arrived with missing pieces. One spell book never showed up and none of the Harry Potter extras came in the box. I submitted a complaint and heard nothing for ages. Then suddenly after 2 months they email saying something's shipping out but it's only one of the two robes with no other items. This was supposed to be a really special gift and now it's just a total disappointment. I look pretty bad for messing this up. Funko support needs to seriously sort this out.

I filed a complaint and waited forever for a response. After 2 months they finally emailed saying something was being shipped, but it was just one of the two robes and still no extras. What should've been an amazing Christmas present turned into a huge letdown. My partner thinks I can't organize anything now. Funko support needs to get this fixed.

Ordered from the Italian version of their site and DHL sent me a customs payment request. I tried reaching out to Funko support and got completely ignored. Total silence. This is exactly why people use resellers. They're absolutely terrible. Actually worse than terrible. Just don't ever buy from them. Period.

This is why people buy from resellers instead of dealing with them directly. They're so unprofessional. Actually 'unprofessional' doesn't even cover it. Just don't buy from them. Seriously, don't.

I was super nervous after reading all the bad reviews on here before I ordered, figured I might get scammed or never see my package. But honestly my experience was great. My Pop showed up 4 days earlier than expected and was in perfect condition. No complaints at all from me. Maybe I just got lucky, I'm not sure, but based on what actually happened with my order I'm giving it 5 stars.

Stay away from this company. There's theft happening on the inside. Don't even bother trying to get limited releases as staff members are taking them and you won't receive your order anyway. Really bad customer service, won't shop here again. Ordered 3 items as Christmas presents for my daughter and only got 2. Spent a month chasing them down for the missing one with just template responses and zero action. Still no sign of it and they've gone quiet. My daughter's Christmas present never arrived. Skip this place and go with Amazon where they actually have good customer service.
