Returned a club about 2 months back and was supposed to get store credit. After waiting 2 weeks with nothing happening, I contacted support. They confirmed the return came in but said nobody had actually processed it yet. They promised to handle it and send a gift card. A week went by, still nothing. Today I chatted again and was told an egift card would arrive in 2 hours. Six hours later, still waiting. I've been incredibly patient and given this company way too many chances to make this right, and they keep dropping the ball. This customer service is honestly terrible.
