I can't express how disappointed I am with their customer service response. My train that was booked for late March never ran at all. Train cancellations do occur, but their response to mine was unacceptable. When I tried using the app to sort out a refund, it just wouldn't function right. That manage option didn't work, so I couldn't process things automatically like normal. I got in touch with them right away asking for a refund. It's now over two weeks and they've given me the silent treatment. I've tried emailing and even messaged them on social media but got nothing back. Complete radio silence. Legally I deserve a full refund since the train never operated, but they won't give me my money or even acknowledge my requests. It's really frustrating having to force a major company to return your own money. Just go straight to the train companies if you can. This service only works when everything's smooth sailing, but once there's a cancellation issue, they leave you hanging. Don't bother
