Got a Yonex racket from them with a custom string job, and it arrived strung correctly and without any delays.

Bought a racket from them and really needed it for two upcoming tournaments. When I checked out, the website said it would arrive by last Thursday, which was the day before my first tournament. I called that morning to check on the status since I hadn't received it yet. The representative told me they were backed up with stringing work. I asked why they'd promise Thursday delivery at checkout if they weren't going to make it. She explained their system wasn't updated properly and pushed the date to Monday. My second tournament is Monday afternoon, so I was hoping to get it before then. Now I'm getting a message saying Tuesday at the earliest. If the checkout page hadn't guaranteed Thursday, I would've contacted other shops nearby since I live in a populated area with plenty of options. I thought Tennis Warehouse was dependable, which is why I picked them. They offered a return, but won't refund the special string I purchased even though they messed up. I won't be ordering from them again.

I looked up a specific athletic shoe brand and model and there were multiple color choices available. I went ahead and ordered one. When I got the order confirmation, I noticed the shoe name was different from what I searched for. I checked the brand's official site and found out they don't actually make the shoe with that name. The brand does make the model I originally looked for, and they do make another shoe with that extra word, but those are two completely different lines. One is designed to be lightweight and nimble, while the other is heavy duty and built for stability. I called the store to ask which version I was getting, and nobody there could tell me.

Inventory and shipping problems at Tennis Warehouse keep getting worse. I placed an order for something that showed as available, but within hours it was marked as out of stock for ten days. After that ten day window passed, they pushed the date back another 26 days. I have a feeling they're going to keep extending that date and I'll never actually get what I ordered. A previous order was supposed to take two business days when I checked out but wound up taking seven business days. I still usually get better prices through TW, but I've started paying more at a local shop just to know my stuff will actually arrive on time. Unfortunately the company has really gone downhill.

If your shipment doesn't come as expected, you're basically out of luck. They'll tell you they're handling it, then ignore your calls until you call again angry, and the whole thing repeats. It feels like they don't care at all.

They guaranteed one day delivery. I didn't get tracking info until day two. Then it got pushed to day three. On day three the delivery company claimed they couldn't get past the front gate even though no gate exists. It was clearly an excuse. The company said it was probably lost and sent a replacement. They mentioned they've had ongoing issues with that particular shipper. Why keep using them if there's so many problems? You've lost me permanently as a customer.

Ordered a racket and some strings on Nov 28 with supposed complimentary two day shipping. My order didn't actually ship until Dec 13 via UPS and now it's not arriving until Dec 20. That's not two day shipping, that's three weeks! Why does it take so long to get an order ready? Would suggest looking elsewhere for your tennis equipment. I've had much better luck with other companies.
