I feel like most reviews are written when people are frustrated, so here's a positive one about PopSocket customer service. I emailed them on Tuesday, February 3rd with photos because my MagSafe pop grip had started breaking after about six months. Within two hours they said they'd send me a replacement. Here I am Sunday night, five days later, writing this on my phone with the new pop grip already attached. From email to having the new one in my hand took just five days. Really impressed with how they handled it.

Ordered two things well in advance for a Christmas deadline, but their customer service responses sound like they were written by a computer. They keep insisting they have the items in stock but mention some system error is blocking shipments. I'm genuinely confused what that means. Requested a phone number and they said no phone support is available.

Had to wait forever for my order, that's problem number one. Number two, I was promised a mystery pop socket that never showed up. And number three, they sent me a personalized case made for the wrong phone. When I asked about a refund or swap, they flat out refused because it was customized. Won't be shopping there again.

Got a pop grip as part of a Black Friday deal that included a free surprise grip. Placed my order on 1st Dec and got a shipped notice on the 3rd, but nothing arrived! There are zero tracking updates other than order received. Emailed them asking what's going on with no response. This is unacceptable, they took my money and I got zilch. Would strongly recommend staying away.

Terrible customer service experience. They only give you sixty minutes during business hours to cancel an order, but they didn't even bother responding until two days later. Then they basically said too bad, send it back yourself. They're being sneaky about only shipping from within the country. I had to go back and forth multiple times just to explain that yes, I understand the cancel window is closed now since they took forever to reply, and that I shouldn't have to pay to return something that's their fault. All I got was another message saying sorry, just send it back at your own expense. Super aggravating. If you really want one, buy it somewhere else, anywhere but their site, especially if you're outside the US. Their support team is honestly the worst. It's just not worth the hassle.

The quality is definitely solid based on what I've bought before, but I had an issue with a text message coupon code. Applied it at checkout on their site and nothing was deducted. Don't count on these discount codes actually working.

My order sat for weeks without shipping even though the expected delivery time had already passed. Don't bother ordering from these guys.

The pricing is high for the quality, but what really gets me is how slow they ship. While I was stuck waiting, they sent me a survey asking how I liked my new case that I didn't even have yet. I gave them a 1 star because a cheaper case from overseas was arriving faster than my domestic order worth over a hundred dollars. They got so offended by the negative feedback that they apparently called UPS and had my shipment sent back before it arrived, so I never got anything and never received a refund. They also deleted my review. This company is spiteful and unreliable. Check their website reviews and you'll never see a 1 star because they filter them out. Even the 5 star reviews mention bad experiences but they don't get removed. I'm planning to post about this everywhere on social media and maybe make a video about it until they make this right.

I've been using PopSockets since they first came out and they've been my go to. Had some problems here and there, mainly with adhesive on the older versions, but their support team always fixed things for me. The new models with swappable tops are a huge improvement. I've read some complaints online but I'm definitely a fan overall.

Wish I could give zero stars! This is a total scam. I returned the item using my own money for return shipping a month ago but still haven't gotten my refund. Such a disappointing and frustrating experience on their website.

Ordered on 9/22/24 and here we are on 10/12/24 with no shipment. When I emailed them on 10/2/24 asking what was up, they claimed 3-5 business days in their response. Email is literally the only way to contact them, no phone support whatsoever. This whole thing feels like a scam to me. Honestly wouldn't recommend and one star is being too generous.

Who would've thought a little plastic grip on your phone would become such a must have! PopSockets are my favorite because they actually keep you from dropping your expensive phone. The collaborations they've been doing lately are producing some really cool designs, and their MagSafe bases grip your case incredibly well.

I'm located in Australia and ordered my pop socket around 16 days ago. I've called, sent emails, used their chat feature. They keep telling me it's coming, then saying it's coming again, but still nothing. If you're in Australia, do yourself a favor and don't buy straight from them. Order through Amazon instead so you'll actually get your stuff.

Their team takes care of you. Really like the gemstone options they have too.

Not happy with this at all. Avoid this place. Waste of your money and the attitude from staff is unacceptable. Show your customers some respect.
