This is absolutely ridiculous. I brought my kids in to pick out gifts from a grandparent using a $200 gift card, and they told me they stopped accepting them after February. The best they offered was 25% off. That doesn't make any sense - the money was already paid for on that card. Why should I have to spend more of my own money just to buy gifts for my children? And 25% off a $200 card is pathetic. This is basically theft. The way they handled this whole thing shows how little they care about their customers. Gift cards should be honored or families should get reimbursed. Period.

Don't trust this website at all. Their customer service never picks up the phone, and I placed a large order way back in December with absolutely no information about what I ordered or any way to contact them about it. When I went to the local shop to ask about it, they told me they have nothing to do with online orders. The customer service and overall experience here is a total waste of time.

This retailer is completely behind the curve compared to other major Canadian stores. Their rules are unbelievable and they refuse to hear any reasonable concerns. Every time I tried to reach out, I got cookie-cutter responses from their team like they hadn't actually read my messages. I'm not going back. I'll get what I need elsewhere where returns are actually handled the right way.

Just want to give people a heads up about this. I ordered something and they used Canpar Express for shipping. That courier service is completely unreliable and has terrible customer support. I won't be ordering anything from here again if it requires delivery, specifically because of that shipping company they partner with.

The staff at my local store gave me the best shopping experience I could ask for. When I walked in, I was greeted with genuine enthusiasm and immediately pointed toward what I needed. The whole visit was quick and smooth, and everyone had smiles on their faces while helping me out. I go back all the time because the team there is always smiling and ready to assist. It's what keeps me coming in.

I called to check on something and talked to the manager Linda who was incredibly patient and helpful. She actually went up to the office area and searched through inventory to track down exactly what I wanted. She even set it aside so I could grab it the next morning. Thanks to her, a kiddo had the perfect toy under the tree on Christmas day. Everyone working at that location was super friendly and always willing to help. I really can't say enough good things about them!

Why do they let you fill in your entire shipping address before telling you that something is out of stock? This is the first website I've run into that does this. I'm also concerned whether my personal information got shared with third parties without my permission.

Had a really unpleasant interaction today. My three young kids were playing with some instruments in the back of the store when an employee with colored hair came over and yelled at us pretty aggressively to stop. It scared my children the way she approached us. She could have asked us politely and calmly instead of raising her voice like that before walking away. I hope something is done about this behavior.

Stay away from this place. Their after-sales support is terrible and the manager doesn't care about customers. I brought in a device that needed repairs under warranty, but the manager waited until the warranty expired to say it couldn't be fixed because the supplier wouldn't take it back. He refused to admit he dropped the ball before the warranty ended and kept dragging me to the mall multiple times to test the device that was never actually repaired. Then he just told me to take it as is. This is absolutely unacceptable customer treatment. I really hope someone in upper management pays attention to this.

This is the worst company I've dealt with. I posted a 2-star review for a product I got last week about poor shipping accountability and damaged packaging, and they blocked it. They sent me an email saying my review didn't match their posting guidelines. That's censorship and it's wrong. I took time to share honest feedback with other shoppers and they silenced me. This is incredibly frustrating that after asking for my input, this is what happens. So much for listening to customers.
