Got two left shoes instead of a matching pair. These things happen but it shouldn't have. Wasn't the greatest experience.

Getting charged crazy amounts just to send things back. They hit me with a 32 dollar fee to return two pillowcases. That's the last order I'm placing with them. They're taking advantage of customers and the stuff isn't even good quality.

Terrible experience overall. Got four barstools that weren't strong enough for my household. Plus they arrived days behind schedule. Once I put one together and saw it wouldn't work, I called right away. It took over a week before they told me I'd have to pay out of pocket to return them. This company is not worth doing business with.

Absolutely a scam. Got wallpaper labeled as gray but it's actually gold. The listing image was gray but what arrived was gold with no gray at all. I called customer service to return it but nobody would answer. Did the return through their website and learned I'd need to pay close to 300 dollars on nearly 600 dollars of product. Never ordering again. I could've easily bought from someone else with complimentary returns. Filing complaints and reporting to authorities. Used to like them but now they're awful.

Have been shopping with them for years and rarely had issues. When something wasn't perfect it worked out great. Got a dining room table that had minor damage from shipping and they just refunded me completely. A full refund on a 600 plus dollar table, no questions asked. Didn't have to repackage and send it back. Looks like I'm one of the lucky ones based on other reviews. Hope they turn the company around post merger and that more satisfied customers share their experiences. I don't usually praise companies just for doing their job, but when they actually go above what's expected or show consistent excellence like they've done for me, I take note. I'll keep checking their site when I need things for my place. Their return process and support beats other places that only give 30 days, and that's not really 30 when shipping takes a week.
