This is truly awful. Straight up theft. My family and I were heading from Denver to the UK and someone asked us to give this a shot. I asked multiple times if we'd be charged and was guaranteed we would not. I even asked again when putting in our details and they said again it was free. We got hit with over $300 in charges. They're now refusing to refund us. Really disappointed and I'd warn everyone to stay far away.
